How does it work?
Select two dozen wines of your choice (or let Nick Zema select the wine for you!). Choose whether you would like your wine delivered in June or December. Your annual delivery can be split over both months, but please ensure each delivery equates to multiples of 6 or 12.
Prior to your selected delivery month, you will receive an email with details of your upcoming order and the opportunity to change your selection and personal details. If you are happy with your current wine selection and your personal details are correct there is no need to contact us. We will automatically process your standing order on the first business day of your selected delivery month. Your wine will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Our Family membership is a minimum two-year commitment and will continue until Zema Estate is notified in writing prior to a scheduled wine delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I purchase additional wine outside of my annual delivery?
Absolutely! You can purchase wine at any time of year at 15% off and delivery on 6+ bottles will be free.
- What happens if the wine I have selected is not currently available?
You will have access to a back vintage or future release of this wine and the opportunity to select another wine or skip this part of your order.
- What does automatic send mean?
To keep Our Family membership as convenient as possible, you will automatically be charged and sent the wine you have selected in your annual delivery unless we hear from you. Rest assured you will be notified in writing of upcoming deliveries in the month prior and will have the opportunity to change order details.
- When will wine be charged and delivered in a send out month?
Your credit card will be charged on the first business day of a delivery month & your order sent within two working days of your card being charged.
- Do I have to supply credit card details?
Yes – Our system cannot store Our Family members without credit card details.
- Does discount apply to all Zema Estate wine?
Yes, with the exception of already discounted exclusive special offers. Our Family members will always receive the best offer.
- What are surprise spend rewards?
Selected Our Family members will receive a surprise gift with their annual order based on yearly spend.
- What if I would like to skip a delivery?
