During the evening 3 esteemed Coonawarra Vignerons patrons will be inducted, in a ceremony which will highlight the contributions of each to the Coonawarra Wine Region. Enjoy their stories and savour cellared wines of significance.

Western Victoria Caterer, Lindsay Fush (owner of Groke Hamilton) will be servicing the event and looks forward to crafting a menu that compliments the exquisite aged Coonawarra Wines that will be featured throughout the evening.
Renowned for his culinary innovation and passion for local produce, his ability to create restaurant quality food for any event, in any venue, for any number of guests, is testament to his popularity and longevity in the hospitality scene. Having trained under the watchful eye of Hamilton’s highly regarded Chef and Restauranteur Tony McGillvray and at the three hatted, Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld, Lindsay’s career has included stints in Melbourne creating pop up tasting spaces and hospitality takeovers with IDES.
For the last 8 years he has been based in Hamilton where he established his first café – Jack and Jude before relaunching the space as Groke Hamilton in 2022.
