Experience first-hand the incredible aging potential of Coonawarra wine as we dig out rare wines from our cellar including our 2000 Family Selection Cabernet Sauvignon and 2008 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Savour the complex flavours and subtle art of dry-aged Wagyu beef.
